When will I receive my order?

We need between 1 and 3 business days to process your order. Your order will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days. In total, it takes between 6 and 10 business days for you to receive your order.

What should I do if the estimated delivery time is exceeded?

99% of our orders are delivered on time. However, delays can sometimes occur. You can check the status of your order via this link: Order Tracking. If you have not received your order seven days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.

What are the shipping costs?

We NEVER charge shipping costs. Good news, you won't have to pay anything for shipping!

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders within 30 minutes of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
