Return Policy – AnaMade

I put my heart into creating my products and sincerely hope that they bring you as much joy as they brought me in creating them. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may of course return the item under certain conditions.

Return conditions

  • Return period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Refund: Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 3 to 6 business days. Depending on your bank, processing may take a little longer.
  • Return address: Please contact me at info@anamade.com to obtain the exact address for the return.

Cases accepted for a return

  • Order cancellation: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase, provided that it has not been processed. After this time, cancellation will no longer be possible.
  • Product damaged upon receipt: If your product arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with a photo of the product and the packaging. A suitable solution will be proposed.
  • Manufacturing defect: In the event of a manufacturing problem after using the product, a replacement or refund may be considered.
  • Change of mind: If you change your mind, you can return the product in its original condition within 30 days. The return shipping costs will be at your expense.
  • Product exchange: Would you like to exchange your product for another model? Contact me to arrange this.
  • Product error: If you have received the wrong item, please let me know as soon as possible so that the situation can be rectified.

Return procedure

  1. Contact me: Send an email to info@anamade.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If necessary, attach photos.
  2. Receive instructions: Your request will be verified and instructions for sending the return will be sent to you.
  3. Send the package:
    • Carefully package the product to avoid damage during transport.
    • Add a tracking number and send it by email. Without this number, the return cannot be validated.
    • Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The return address is outside Europe.
  4. Inspection and refund: Once we receive the package, we will check the condition of the product.
    • If everything is in order, the refund will be made within 3 to 6 business days.
    • If the product is damaged or incomplete, the return request may be rejected.

Important information

  • Mandatory return form: Please ensure that you complete the return form correctly. Without this document, your request cannot be processed.
  • Product condition: In case of excessive damage to the product or its packaging, depreciation fees may apply.
